Summer is my favourite season and one of my favourite things to eat in summer is delicious smoothie bowls! This Acai Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl is quick and easy to make, vegan and guilt free! Note: This recipe is in collaboration with the Natural Health Company.
White Chia Seeds
1. In a blender blend frozen bananas and strawberries.
2. Add skinny berries detox and acai berry protein powder and blend.
3. Once blended and resembling a thick smooth mixture pour into a bowl. (If you have trouble blending let the fruit thaw for a few minutes)
4. Top with your favourite fruit and superfoods!
