I apologise for the delay of this post, I know I normally post on a Wednesday but I have been incredibly sick this week but better late than never!
I very rarely get sick, in fact it’s been over 12 months since I last had the flu. I’m not a huge fan of medicine and much prefer using natural methods so I thought I would share my favourite immunity booster smoothie!
You will need:
1/2 green apple
1/2 cup pineapple
2 stalks of kale
1/2 cup coconut water
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
